Customers may request a return if:

The item received is incorrect (wrong design, size, color, or product different from the order).
The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Clearance, promotional, or sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Custom-made, personalized, or print-on-demand products unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Pricing or technical errors.
If an order is cancelled by Ravia Empire, a full refund will be issued.
Where the return is due to an error made by Ravia Empire (such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items), return shipping costs will be borne by Ravia Empire.
For returns requested for reasons not caused by Ravia Empire, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Ravia Empire is not responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.
